Terms & Conditions
Plain terms covering what you're buying, what we owe you, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Who we are
Bloomline Irrigation designs and supplies bespoke dripline irrigation kits to customers in mainland UK. You can reach us at info@bloomlineirrigation.com.
2. Placing an order
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order if we can't deliver to your address, if a product is unavailable, or if the pricing was displayed in error.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout at the time of ordering. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
4. The Flow & Measure Kit and your £25
The £25 paid for the Flow & Measure Kit is credited in full against the price of your bespoke box. If you choose not to proceed to a bespoke box, that £25 covers the kit supplied to you and the design work carried out on your layout, and is not refunded separately.
5. Bespoke goods
Your dripline is cut to length and your layout drawn from the measurements you supply. Because these goods are made to your specification, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply once manufacture has begun. Your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
6. Your measurements
We engineer your system from the flow rate and dimensions you provide. Reasonable tolerance is built in, and every box includes spare pipe and a replacement kit. We can't be responsible for a poor fit caused by measurements that are substantially wrong, though we will always help you put it right.
7. Delivery
Delivery timings given on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Delivery & Returns page for full detail.
8. Installation and use
Our kits are designed for hand assembly with no tools and connect to a standard outdoor tap. You are responsible for installing the system safely and for complying with any water restrictions or local rules that apply to you. Guidance we publish about hosepipe bans is general information, not legal advice — always check your water company's current notice.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
