Working out difficult spaces
Unusual shapes, narrow borders, or a garden broken up by paths and planting don't phase our engineers. You don't need precise dimensions or technical drawings.
What we ask of you
Simply work out the rough area of each bed — a tape measure on the longest sides, or even a rough step count. Snap a couple of clear photos from the corners so we can see the shape, obstructions and planting.
What we do with it
From your rough figures and photographs, our team maps the exact layout and cross-references it against your tap's flow rate. We work out the fine detail — corners, runs, spacing — and your kit arrives pre-cut to your precise plan.
In short: give us the rough area and a few photos, and we'll handle the geometry.
Measuring Made Easy

You don't need to be an engineer to get a perfect fit. Follow our simple 'Box-In' trick to sketch your garden in under two minutes.
1. Box It In
Ignore the curves and odd angles for a second. Simply find the single longest point of your garden bed and measure it in a straight line. Then, measure the single widest point. You have now successfully 'boxed in' your garden.
2. Sketch the Shape
Using the blank grid sheet included in your Flow Kit, draw a simple rectangle matching those two outer measurements. Inside that rectangle, sketch a quick, rough outline of your real garden shape. It doesn't need to be pretty — just a basic visual guide.
3. Upload & Relax
Snap a quick smartphone photo of your handwritten sketch and send it over through our simple online form. Our design team will calculate the curves and custom-cut your pipe coils to length, with spare pipe and a replacement kit included for total peace of mind.
