What we collect
Your name, email, delivery address, tap flow rate reading, and any garden sketches or photos you upload. Nothing more.
Why we collect it
To engineer your dripline blueprint, ship your kit, and send seasonal watering alerts. Your sketches are used for design only.
Who we share it with
Our delivery courier receives your address. Nobody else. We never sell or rent your details to third parties.
How long we keep it
Order and blueprint records are kept for six years for warranty and accounting. Photos are deleted twelve months after your box ships.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to erase it entirely. Email hello@bloomline.co.uk and we'll action it within 30 days.
