How your kit gets to you — and back.
Where we ship
Mainland UK. If you're in the Highlands, the Islands, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man, email us before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can reach you and at what cost.
Flow & Measure Kit delivery
Your kit is packed and posted within two working days of your order. Nothing needs to come back to us physically — your measurements and sketch are returned digitally through the upload form.
Bespoke box delivery
Once we have your measurements and flow rate, your layout is engineered and your pipe cut to length. Boxes are typically dispatched within ten working days of your measurements arriving. We email you when it's on its way.
The £25 credit
The £25 you pay for the Flow & Measure Kit is credited back in full against the price of your bespoke box. Because the kit and the design work behind your layout are created specifically for you, the £25 is not refunded separately if you decide not to proceed.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order before it's dispatched for a full refund — just email us. Once your kit or bespoke box has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. If something arrives faulty or not as described, email info@bloomlineirrigation.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order details. We'll repair, replace or refund the item at our cost — whichever puts it right fastest.
Bespoke cut goods
Dripline, pipe and layouts are cut to your exact garden measurements, so once manufacture has begun they cannot be returned or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Faults after installation
Every box includes spare pipe and a replacement kit for the usual mishaps — a spade through a line, an accidental cut, an extra bed. If a component fails rather than gets damaged, tell us and we'll replace it.
